One way to navigate—and why not explore—these emotions is by rummaging through my archives, rescuing images that now resonate with what I feel. Just as I might use words to describe a wordiness in order to reduce its negative impact, I turn to images to articulate and recognize what is troubling me. This sequence becomes another way of understanding the meaning of learning how to truly let go.
